SHEET2RECORD / TRUST
Privacy Policy
A plain-language explanation of what Sheet2Record processes, why it is needed, and how you stay in control.
Effective August 15, 2026 · Last updated August 15, 2026
Information we process
- Google account identifiers, verified email address, display name, and preferred language used to create and secure your Sheet2Record account.
- Notion workspace metadata and an encrypted OAuth access token for data sources you explicitly authorize.
- Sync configuration, selected worksheet and row range, field mappings, matching rules, schedules, quota usage, and connection status.
- Mapped row values needed to preview and perform a sync, plus run logs, field differences, errors, and resulting Notion page identifiers.
- Minimal product events such as add-on opened, connection created, preview counts, run completion, and schedule changes. Analytics events do not contain Sheet cell values, Notion property values, or email addresses.
How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate you, connect the services you select, preview and execute Sheet-to-Notion writes, enforce plan limits, operate schedules, provide run history, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
Sheet2Record does not sell personal information or use your Sheet or Notion content to train general-purpose AI models.
Service providers and data transfers
Sheet2Record relies on Google for Google Sheets and identity, Notion for the destination workspace and OAuth connection, and Cloudflare Workers and D1 for application hosting and storage. Data is sent to these providers only as required to provide the service you request.
Retention and deletion
- Disconnecting Notion removes the stored Notion authorization and stops future runs.
- Clearing sync information removes connection settings, mappings, run logs, row links, and schedules while leaving existing Notion pages unchanged.
- Deleting your Sheet2Record account removes the application account and associated application records. Existing records already written to Notion remain in your Notion workspace.
- You may request help with access or deletion at support@aisaver.app.
Security and control
Notion access tokens are encrypted at rest. Short-lived signed sessions authenticate add-on requests. Preview is required before manual writes, and Sheet row deletion is not propagated to Notion in the MVP.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a test database first for sensitive or business-critical workflows and review the preview before confirming a write.
Your choices and policy changes
You control which Notion pages and data sources are shared, which Sheet columns are mapped, and whether a connection is paused or scheduled. You may revoke access through Notion or Google in addition to Sheet2Record controls.
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date on this page.
